Shopify questions
Do we need Shopify Plus?
No. Most of what we build works on any plan. A few things, such as checkout customizations and Shopify Functions in a private custom app, need Shopify Plus, and we’ll flag that in the audit before you commit to anything.
Will it work with our helpdesk and apps?
Very likely. We regularly connect Gorgias, Zendesk, Help Scout, Klaviyo and plain Gmail, and if a tool has an API we can usually work with it. The audit tells you exactly what we’d connect and how.
Will any of this slow down our storefront?
No. Almost everything we build runs in the background or inside the Shopify admin, not in your theme. Checkout extensions and Functions run on Shopify’s own infrastructure.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We design for it. It only answers from your real data, says when it isn’t sure, and anything involving money or upset customers waits for a person. We test against your past tickets and orders first, and log every decision.
Why not just install an app?
Sometimes you should, and we’ll say so. Custom work makes sense when your process doesn’t fit the app’s, when several tools need to work together, or when monthly fees add up to more than owning it. You own what we build.
