    We study your store, apps and workflows from the outside. We might email a few questions, and only ask for collaborator access if you’re happy to give it.

  3. Step 3 · PDF + recording

    Your report arrives

    The report and the walkthrough land in your inbox. If one of the ideas is worth building, we’ll quote it. If not, the report is yours to keep.

Audit questions

Is it really free?

Yes. It’s how we start working with most clients, and there’s no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

What access do you need?

Usually just your store address and the answers on the form. If you’re happy to, a collaborator account with limited permissions helps us see your apps and workflows. We never change anything during an audit.

Who is it for?

Shopify stores with a team spending real time on support, operations or catalog work. That’s usually a few hundred orders a month or more, but ask anyway if you’re smaller.

What happens after the audit?

If something in the report looks worth doing, we’ll quote a fixed-price sprint. If not, you keep the report and the recording, and we part as friends.
