About these terms
This website is run by The AI Workroom, Thailand (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Our services
Everything on this site is general information, not an offer. Paid work is agreed in a written quote or contract, which takes priority over anything here. All quotes are in US dollars.
Pages marked “Concept build” are illustrative examples, not past client projects, and any figures in them are estimates.
The free audit
The audit is free, with no obligation to buy anything. Its recommendations are our professional opinion based on what you share; you decide what to act on. Please only give us access or information you’re allowed to share.
The AI intake and skill
Our intake prompt and skill are free to use and provided as they are. They run on your own AI assistant, which is a third-party service under its provider’s terms. Your assistant only sends us a brief after you approve it. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or your customers’ personal data.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and code belong to us unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to share links and short quotes with credit.
Client names and logos, and the logos of tools we work with (including Shopify, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Copilot, Slack, Notion, Gmail and Credly), are trademarks of their owners. We show them to illustrate our work and the tools we connect; it doesn’t mean those companies endorse us.
Portage is open source under its own MIT licence, published on GitHub.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale or send spam through our forms. Links to other websites are for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you’re a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
