What we do
01 — Automate
“Where’s my order?”, return requests, product copy, review replies. We set up AI that handles the routine cases end to end and passes anything unusual to a person, with the context already gathered.
02 — Integrate
Shopify Sidekick, Claude, ChatGPT and Grok on the AI side; Slack, Notion, Gmail, your ERP and 3PL on the other. We keep orders, stock and customer data in sync, and let AI sort the exceptions so nobody exports another CSV.
03 — Build
Shopify extensions and private apps, custom agent harnesses, sovereign AI you host yourself, iOS and Android apps, and packages for npm, RubyGems and PyPI, in TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Rust or Go. We build on OpenClaw, Grokbot, n8n, Zapier, Ultralytics computer vision and JEV System One too. Shaped around how your business actually runs, and you own the code.

Open source
Tom’s open-source toolkit for agentic commerce. Portage lets an AI agent find and buy from real online stores over the open MCP and UCP protocols, and you approve every payment. Merchants can use the same Ruby gems to let shopping agents buy from their store.

Alongside our client work, here are concept builds: realistic examples of the AI automations we’d make for a store like yours. Each one is clearly labelled.
Order-status questions are often the single biggest slice of a store’s support inbox. This agent answers them from live Shopify and carrier data, and hands anything tricky to a person.
Thin descriptions, half-filled metafields and inconsistent titles hold back search and filters. This sprint fixes the whole catalog in bulk, with a person reviewing every change.
Shopify, the ERP and the 3PL all think they know your stock levels. This sync keeps them aligned, and when they disagree, AI works out why and tells the right person.
How we work
Step 1 · 48 hours
We look at your store and stack, then send a PDF report and a screen recording with the five automations that would save you the most hours.
Step 2 · Usually 2–4 weeks
A fixed scope and a fixed quote. You see working software every week, tested on your store before anything goes live.
Step 3 · Monthly, optional
A retainer for monitoring, fixes and new automations as you grow. Or take the code and the docs and run it yourselves.

Shopify & e-commerce
20+ years in e-commerce, much of it deep in Shopify: themes, apps, checkout and the operations behind them. Jeremy spots where merchants lose time, and what’s worth automating first.
Sometimes it will, so we design for it. The AI only answers from your real data and says when it isn’t sure. Anything that matters, like refunds, discounts or messages to your best customers, waits for a person to approve it. We test against your past tickets and orders before anything goes live, and log every decision so you can see why it did what it did.
We use business AI services that don’t train on your data, connect to Shopify with the narrowest permissions the job needs, and keep personal details out of AI prompts unless they’re essential. Your data stays in your own accounts, and we’re happy to sign an NDA or a data processing agreement.
Often an app is the right answer, and we’ll tell you so in the audit. Custom makes sense when your process doesn’t fit the app’s, when several tools need to work together, or when monthly fees add up to more than owning it outright. You own what we build, with no lock-in.
