Concept build. This is an example of what we’d build for a store like yours, not a client project.
Support AI
A “Where’s my order?” agent
Order-status questions are often the single biggest slice of a store’s support inbox. This agent answers them from live Shopify and carrier data, and hands anything tricky to a person.
- Answers from live order and tracking data, never guesses
- Refunds, reships and upset customers always go to a person
- Every reply logged in your helpdesk, in your brand voice
The problem
A typical store at a few thousand orders a month answers the same question dozens of times a day: “Where’s my order?” Each one means opening Shopify, finding the order, checking the carrier, and writing a reply. It’s simple, but it eats hours and slows down the tickets that really need a person.
What we’d build
An agent that watches your helpdesk for order-status questions. It finds the order (by number, email or name), reads the fulfillment and tracking details from Shopify and the carrier, and drafts a friendly, specific reply: where the parcel is, when it should arrive, and what happens next.
For the first couple of weeks every reply waits for a person to approve it. Once you trust it, routine replies can go out on their own, and anything unusual (a lost parcel, a refund request, an angry customer) is tagged and passed to your team with the details already gathered.
How it stays safe
- It only answers from your real order data, and says so when it can’t find something.
- It can’t issue refunds, discounts or reships. Those are always a person’s call.
- We test it against a few hundred of your past tickets before it goes live.
Typical shape
A two-week build sprint, then an optional monthly retainer for monitoring and tuning.
Typical stack: Shopify Admin API · Gorgias or Zendesk · Carrier tracking · Claude
